Prayer of Repentance for Insulting Jesus
Heavenly Father, I come before You with a humble and broken heart. I confess that I sinned by insulting my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I am deeply sorry for my words and attitude. Please forgive me for grieving Your heart and dishonoring the One who gave His life for me.
Lord Jesus, thank You for Your mercy, love, and sacrifice on the cross. I believe that Your grace is greater than my sin. Wash me clean through Your precious blood and restore my relationship with You. Remove every trace of guilt and help me to accept Your forgiveness.
Holy Spirit, change my heart and guard my mouth so that my words will bring honor to God. Teach me to speak with love, respect, and faith. Help me to turn away from sin and to follow Jesus with sincerity every day.
Thank You, Father, because You are compassionate and ready to forgive all who truly repent. I place my trust in Your promise that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Strengthen me to live a life that glorifies Your holy name.
